The Subtle Falling Away: When Churches Trade Grace for Works

In these last days, we are witnessing a quiet but devastating shift in many churches — a falling away not marked by loud rebellion, but by subtle compromise. The Apostle Paul warned of this:

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first…”
    — 2 Thessalonians 2:3 (KJV)

The Subtle Lie: Working for Salvation

One of the most dangerous teachings creeping into pulpits today is the idea that salvation must be earned — that grace alone is not enough. This doctrine contradicts the very heart of the Gospel:

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

    — Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV)

When churches begin to preach performance over grace, they shift the focus from Christ’s finished work to man’s effort. This is not the Gospel. It is bondage.

The Rejection of Scripture: Twisting Truth

Even more troubling is the rise of pastors who openly reject the literal truth of Scripture — especially regarding sin. Some now preach that homosexuality is not sin, despite the clear words of the Bible:

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”
    — Leviticus 18:22 (KJV)

“Men with men working that which is unseemly…”
    — Romans 1:27 (KJV)

This is not a matter of opinion or cultural relevance. It is a matter of obedience to God’s Word. When pastors twist Scripture to fit modern ideologies, they are not shepherds — they are deceivers.

We Are All Sinners — But Let’s Not Justify It

Let me be clear: I am a sinner. I fall short daily. But if you call me out on it, I will not defend my sin. I will not tell you it’s okay. I will repent.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
    — Romans 3:23 (KJV)

The difference is this: I do not try to rewrite the Bible to make my sin acceptable. I submit to it. I let it convict me. I let it change me.

    Hold Fast to the Word

Now more than ever, we must hold fast to the truth of Scripture. Not watered down. Not reinterpreted. Not made palatable for the masses.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
    — Psalm 119:105 (KJV)

Let us speak the truth in love, but let us speak it boldly. The Gospel is not ours to edit. It is ours to proclaim.

Do you work for salvation? You better follow the 613 laws God commanded then!

I believe that Jesus paid our sentence for sinning. Moses climbed Mount Sinai and God gave him the 10 commandments. To be honest that is the basic law that God gave, every one of us has broken them, just 10. The sentence for breaking the law is hell. But if you think that you need to work for your salvation then God gave a total of 613 laws. Jesus paid my sentence in full because I believe in him. Below is the 613 laws

Should you not be Hyper about Gods Grace

I have been accused of following hyper-grace.  I never heard of this term until it was used against me to rebuke once saved always saved at bible study I attended.  This was new to me and so many thoughts were ringing in my head.  The first one was run away from this church now!

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The problem I have come across is double standards, if that is the correct way to say it.  What I mean is that on one breath they say Jesus saved us and the other they rely on their own flesh to be saved.  I fully trust with my heart that Jesus paid my debt with his sacrifice for me to be saved.

I have always believed it is all about the blood that we are saved, and it was Jesus blood that saved us. If you attend a church that does not support this, or he did and plus what you do is saved I will be looking for somewhere else.

Doing a search for hyper-grace was a very negative experience on the internet and lots of people saying it is a bad doctrine.  The first Google top search was from Siloam Springs Herald Leader.  The writer Jackie Brooks on September 16th wrote that hyper-grace is nicer than God and continued to test this theory by categorising it to reality, logic and where the beef is statements.

The reality statement I am still trying to grasp the argument they have.  So, they would like to put this into test, and they want you to consider against the hyper-grace in the context of this argument.  If you do not tech children with no boundaries, no right or wrong?  you’ll quickly see that this is not a good idea. Children need to be trained or else they grow up damaged. Parents must approve good conduct and punish bad conduct.

This is a work-based argument and because of knowing right or wrong does not stop you to sin if you think that teaching your child good, he or she is never going to sin is sending him/her into the lake of fire but thank the Lord for the age of accountability.  Letting your child think they can be good to get them in heaven is a death sentence and as a parent you are failing that child and God and when they are old enough they will not know the truth.

The next argument is Let’s put our logic against the hyper-grace believer. If there is no such thing as sin, then we wouldn’t need to be saved. Without sin, we don’t need a Saviour. Therefore, Jesus dying on the cross was a terrible waste.

This statement is based on a lie and holds no argument whatsoever.  A hyper-grace believer has never said there is no such thing as sin in fact we admit that we are sinners and need of a saviour.  We know there is sin and what ever we do it will never be good enough.   We get excited about God’s grace and our sins are paid for.  We know walking in Jesus’ footsteps rewards us in God’s kingdom that is why we try and not to sin.  Thank you, Lord, for saving us.

There other statement Let’s put the “Where’s the beef?” test to it. What’s the fruit of believing hyper-grace? It defies “cause and effect”; the way the universe works. Karma exists. What goes around, comes around.

This does go on but now is rant time and after that few sentences I need to say no more, but I will.  Ok the way the universe works Karma exists.  So the argument against Hyper-grace knowing our Lord Jesus died on the cross is using a false religion Hinduism and Buddhism Karma.  Now alone Karma means “Karma (/ˈkɑːrmə/; Sanskrit: means action, work, or deed.” So they are saying the universe works by you having Karma (work) and what you give will come around back to you. They think they can work their way to heaven when there is numerous scripts that go against this.

Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

I am a sinner. I think the term hyper-grace gets labelled incorrectly and without knowing the meaning of it, gets branded incorrectly upon grace believers.

If you look at the dictionary explanation, Hyper – “hyperactive or unusually energetic” and for grace – the free and unmerited favour of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings.

So am I energetic for the free and unmerited favour of God then I am guilty and proud to be labelled hyper-grace “hallelujah “.  I find it very insulting that you try and little God’s power to the limitations of your human mind.  God’s grace has no boundaries, there is no certain performances and certain frequencies that his grace does not cover.  How can you think that you can get to heaven in your own merit? It is all about what Jesus done at the cross for us, all about the blood.

I do think that being labelled hyper-grace is misleading.  In fact, I will go as far as it doesn’t exist.  They try and point out that it justifies bad lifestyles.  My lifestyle is amazing, and I am so much in love with Jesus and each day I draw closer and closer working on my person connection with him.  I thank him every day for everything he has done for me.

Let’s look at Luke 23: 39-43, where Jesus and the thieves are crucified on Golgotha (Calvary).

Luke 23:39-43 39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.  40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?  41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.  42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.  43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

There is always someone who will argue you against the truth by stating something that they cannot prove but will attempt to by using some argument that has nothing to do with the context they are trying to convince you.

The evidence that we have been given is the bible itself and this is our way to use God’s word, the bible has not once been verified false.  We have faith in what God has done for us and what he will do for us because he has told us so.  When Jesus at any point said verily, I say to you, basically Listen up I am going to tell you the truth so pay attention.  Then you do, the biggest argument is that how is Jesus in heaven today when he was buried and then rose on the third.  There is no way he was with the thief in paradise or paradise was not in heaven but another place.  Then they will look at the commas and the text saying today I tell the truth and so on and on. The first thing is when you die and you are absent from your body you are presence with the Father.   The second thing is the bible was written in Greek and then translated so having an argument about English grammar is a poor argument.

Sin is any action, feeling, or thought that goes against God’s standards. It includes breaking God’s laws by doing what is wrong, or unrighteous, in God’s sight, missing the mark.  When Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit, this was the first human sin but Satan carried out the first sin in Ezekiel 28:14–15

Ezekiel 28:14–15, Satan is judged as an exalted being when iniquity (sin) was found in him. He was an elevated Cherub but fell from his lofty height.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

I love this verse in scripture, but the gift of God is eternal life. Hallelujah, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus.  Not by my works or what I do but the gift of God through Jesus

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Not through works should any man boast, we are created in Jesus Christ on to good works.  This tells us one more time that we bring nothing with us to our redemption, and that any good works we perform are not the ground of our status before God but result from us having been chosen and gifted with salvation: “By grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God”

(Eph. 2:8). Grace, by definition, excludes the slightest hint that human merit contributes to our righteous standing before our God and it is his glory, not ours.

You do not stand in front of God and say Lord I have repented my sins once a week and I have regularly contributed to the church, and I helped this old woman cross the road.  I prayed 10 times a day and I have never sinned.  The first thing God will say let’s add being a liar to your massive sinful list for a start.

What I will be saying is Lord I bring nothing to you I am a dirty rag. I tried to walk in your son’s footsteps but I fall short, as I am a sinner.  I believe in your son Jesus who promised me that I will see him in paradise as he promised me that would be enough.

If we then decide that it is not the gift of God but by the works that we do then we must look at the law of God.  Most Christians think this is the 10 commandments, but I can assure you there is 613 laws of God.  I will list them here and where to find them in the bible.

What is Sin?  In the dictionary sin is an immoral act considered to be a transgression against divine law.  In the original translations of the Bible, means “to miss the mark.” The mark, in this case, is the standard of perfection established by God and evidenced by Jesus. Viewed in that light, it is clear that we are all sinners.

When in the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve had only one command from God they did not know Good or Evil.  Not to eat the fruit of Good and Evil.  They were guilty of one sin as it is said in the bible passage

James 2:10 “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”  So once again it is saying that if you are guilty of one sin then you are guilty of them all.  The wages of that is death.

I want to look at the phrase hyper-grace that work-based churches label us when we believe that we are saved by grace alone and nothing else will stop us being saved and we will be always saved.  Hyper definition in the dictionary is Hyper – high-strung, excitable also: highly excited.  If I am guilty of being highly excited that I am saved and cannot wait for the Lord’s return, then I am guilty as charged.  I will wear that t-shirt proudly as I walk with that feeling of being saved forever.  Proud that my father gave his only son to save me.

People have made the bible far too complicated for themselves. In Matthew 18:3

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Children have a way of believing everything you say and believing it as fact. It’s only when we grow up that we tend to question everything. The currency of the kingdom of heaven is faith. It’s what moves God’s heart and what the great people of God are known for. So, Jesus is telling us, “have faith like a child”.

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.  It is all about having that relationship with Jesus get to know him, talk to him ask him for help, ask him for advice, ask him to forgive your sins that you have done, thank him for what he has done for us and what he will do for us.  He loves you and wants you in paradise with him.

I do see that both sides argue about the will of the father in

Matthew 7: Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Some say that the will of the father is to repent and pick your cross up for his place in heaven and that the grace believer is not doing the will of the father.  In John 6:40 it clearly tells us what the will of the father is

John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Translated roughly to And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

So is picking up your cross works that you have to earn yourself a place in heaven.  The first person that I look to is Paul who was tortured, beaten and persecuted for believing in Christ.  In

Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

In Roman times, the cross was seen as a terrifying object of torture, suffering, and execution. If you were carrying a cross, you were on your way to be crucified.  So if you are thinking that you are carrying your cross are you terrified about the torture that you are going to endure and then be executed.  When Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane Jesus is praying to God The Father. He is sweating drops of blood because He is so petrified in His humanity of the events that were about to unfold. He knew very well that He was about to be taken away and sentenced to death on a cross. He prays the prayer,

Matthew 26:39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” To carry your cross is to fully trust in God, we try and life our life according to what God has taught us.

I believe in my Lord Jesus our King.  He paid it all on the cross and nothing I can do will change that.  I do nothing to enter the Kingdom of Heaven apart from the gift of God.  I believe in his son Jesus and that I am a sinner.  I confessed this to you and I try not to sin but fall short.  I continue to Love and Praise my King and forever grateful for what he has done for us.

If the church you attend is apart of a bigger organisation then the pastor or leader is bound by the rules of it.  I find that the bigger it is the more taste it has for money and less of God and what the bible advises us.  The pastor or leader must abide by the organisation’s rules and regulations even if it goes against their own beliefs or the word of God.  I find this a bad doctrine or bad lifestyle choice.  They need you to attend that church and they need that money.  If you are constrained by this needing to work out your place in heaven through the church then I beg you to find Jesus now.

    Have Fear In The Lord

In the book of Proverbs, the fear of the Lord is a continual submission to God in humility and faith. There are 25 verses in the bible regarding fearing the Lord.  Even though the Lord is love and truth he no doubly be feared

Proverbs 23:17 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long.

Having fear in the Lord will give you wisdom Job 28:28 “And to man He said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.’”  When Moses wrote

“Now this is the commandment, the statutes and the judgements which the Lord your God has commanded me to teach you, that you might do them in the land where you are going over to possess it, so that you and your son and your grandson might fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, all the days of your life , and that your days may be prolonged”.

Now I fear the Lord and with that I have a strong connection and obedience to God’s will.  If you read Psalms 112:1, 115:13, 128:1.  The Israelites who obeyed God by having the fear of God, walking in his ways and finding delight in His commands are ultimately blessed by the Lord.  In our daily lives today, if we adhere to the fear of the Lord then we to will be blessed.  Keep up his commands, walk his ways and I guarantee you will be blessed.

So let the fear of the Lord deliver you from evil and sin.  Walk in his ways and you will be blessed with wisdom and a deeper spiritual knowledge.  You will have the strength to face all other fear.  Remember that this is also a command in the Old Testament and can be found in the New Testament.  1 Peter 2:17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

    Psalm 23

1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

    Prophet Ezekeil

Let’s talk about Ezekiel’s prophecies and why this is so important in the end days.

The book of Ezekiel pronounces judgment on both Israel and surrounding nations, but it also provides a vision of the future millennial kingdom that complements and adds to the vision of other Old and New Testament texts. It lays out future events that are to come, from the 3rd temple that will be built to the invaders from the North.  We look at when this was written and if you looked at the bible not long back you will see that Ezekiel prophecy is at work and alive today.

In the beginning, who was Ezekiel

Ezekiel was the son of Buzi and in his prophetic ministry often concerned himself with the temple, priesthood, the glory of God and the sacrificial system.

Ezekiel lived among the Jewish exiles in Babylon at a settlement along the river Chebar called Tel-Abib, less than one hundred miles south of Babylon. The invading Babylonians brought about ten thousand Jews to the village in 597 BC, including Ezekiel and the last king of Judah, Jehoiachin.

His prophecy began when he was about 30 years of age and five years into his time at Tel-Abib.  He continued to prophesy among the people for at least twenty-two years he spoke to a people whom God had exiled due to their continued rebellion against him, a majority of Ezekiel’s message communicates judgment for sins committed.  However, like all the prophets, he also provided his people, now without a land of their own, some hope for the future.

Why Ezekiel is important in the end days

The Hebrew prophets all proclaimed that in the last days, the exiles of Israel would return to the Promised Land and that the Temple would be rebuilt.

The Prophet Ezekiel witnessed the departure of this Divine Presence from the Temple (Ezekiel 10:18–19).

But he also saw the rebuilding of an eternal and permanent dwelling place of God on the Temple Mount in the Holy City of Jerusalem.

And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.  So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house. And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me. And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places. (Ezekiel 43:4–7)

In the prophetic writings of the Book of Daniel and the Brit Chadashah (New Testament), we find significant details about the role of a rebuilt Temple in the end times.

Both Daniel and Yeshua (Jesus) tell us that the Anti-Messiah will defile the Third Temple before the return of the true Messiah.

The enigmatic figure Gog from the land of Magog makes his flamboyant appearance in Ezekiel 38-39, being accompanied by other foreign nations such as Persia, Cush, Lud, Meshech and Tubal

It should be noted that it is to take place ‘in the latter years’; that it will be fought in the ‘mountains of Israel’ against those who have been gathered to the land of their ancient inheritance; that the land of Israel shall be relatively unprotected, a ‘land of unwalled villages’; that Gog and Magog shall come ‘out of the north parts’ in such numbers as ‘to cover the land’ as a cloud; that the Lord will then come, all men shall shake at his presence; that there will be such an earthquake as has never before been known, which will throw down the mountains; that there will be pestilence, blood, fire, and brimstone descend upon the armies; that the forces of Gog and Magog will be destroyed upon the mountains of Israel; that the Supper of the Great God shall then take place as the beasts and fowls eat the flesh and drink the blood of the fallen ones.

Over the past decades, the biblical figure Gog epitomises the foreign enemies of the USA. Ronald Reagan, who acted as California’s Governor between 1967 and 1975 during the Cold War, is reported to have unambiguously cited Ezekiel’s prophecy to justify his identification of Gog as Russia.

    Lets go back a bit

We will look at the time of Tyre another prophecy from Ezekiel that has been fulfilled.  We will then look before Israel 1948 in return give you a clearer idea of what is happening today.

When you investigate this prophecy, you get the first posts from the sceptic shouting the bible is false Tyre is thriving today.  The original site is still basically a bare rock, even today. It has been excavated. The rock Tyre stood on lies just off the coast. The causeway which led to the city which Alexander used to destroy it is now gone. There is a city called Tyre, but it is not at the site which was destroyed by Alexander.  People can hear the truth but do not necessarily want to listen.

Let’s look at another Ezekiel prophecy argument about Egypt.  Here is a sceptic forcing us to believe that this had failed If the Bible is correct then why did the prophecy in Ezekiel 29:17-20 fail?   We know that Ezekiel made this prophecy in about 571 BC, and Nebuchadnezzar’s invasion of Egypt in 568 BC failed.   Nebuchadnezzar was supposed to conquer Egypt according to those verses.

You look at this and if you did not know your bible you would think oh no it’s wrong.  God is never wrong. Even if I do not know the answer it is because of me, not God it’s my knowledge and that has failed.  To answer the sceptic question and declare that it is false

What we know from Babylonian records is that Nebuchadnezzar went on a campaign into Egypt in 568 BC. Presumably, the purpose of the campaign was not to conquer all of Egypt, but to harass the country and to take booty. The prophecy of Ezekiel did not say that he would conquer Egypt, but that he would “despoil” it and take-home plunder from the campaign. If that was the purpose (as described in Ezekiel 29:17-20)

The expedition of Nebuchadnezzar did not fail. We do not know a lot about his campaign in Egypt. Below is a quote about information found in Babylonian records:

following the pacification of Tyre, Nebuchadnezzar turned again to Egypt. A clay tablet, now in the British Museum, states: “In the 37th year of Nebuchadnezzar, king of the country of Babylon, he went to Mitzraim (Egypt) to wage war. Amasis, king of Egypt, collected [his army], and marched and spread abroad.” Having completed the subjugation of Phoenicia, and a campaign against Egypt, Nebuchadnezzar set himself to rebuild and adorn the city of Babylon, and constructed canals, aqueducts, temples, and reservoirs.

We are now going a little closer and talk about the main players in the end days and we are going to start with Israel.  After World War 2 Israel was given back to its people on the 14th May 1948.

Israel and Turkey relations were formalized in March 1949, when Turkey was the first Muslim majority country to recognize the State of Israel. Both countries gave high priority to military, strategic, and diplomatic cooperation, while sharing concerns with respect to the regional instabilities in the Middle East. However, relations between the two countries have increasingly deteriorated in the recent decades.

Iran and Israel relations can be divided into four major phases: the ambivalent period from 1947 to 1953, the friendly period during the era of the Pahlavi dynasty from 1953 to 1979, the worsening period following the Iranian Revolution from 1979 to 1990, and the ongoing period of open hostility since the end of the Gulf War in 1991. In 1947, Iran was among 13 countries that voted against the United Nations Partition Plan for the British Mandate of Palestine. Two years later, Iran also voted against Israel’s admission to the United Nations.

Nevertheless, Iran was the second Muslim-majority country to recognize Israel as a sovereign state after Turkey. After the 1953 coup d’état, which reinstalled the pro-Western leader Mohammad Reza Pahlavi as the Shah of Iran, relations between the two countries significantly improved.

Israel–Russia relations refer to the bilateral ties between the State of Israel and the Russian Federation.  With the German invasion of Russia in 1941, Joseph Stalin reversed his long-standing opposition to Zionism and tried to mobilize worldwide Jewish support for the Soviet war effort. The Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee was set up in Moscow. Many thousands of Jewish refugees fled the Nazis and entered the Soviet Union during the war, where they reinvigorated Jewish religious activities and opened new synagogues. From late 1944, Stalin adopted an openly pro-Zionist foreign policy apparently in the belief that the new country would be socialist and would speed the decline of British influence in the Middle East.

In May 1947, Soviet Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko told the United Nations that the Soviets supported the partition of Palestine into a Jewish and an Arab state. The Soviet Union and its satellite states voted in November 1947 for the UN Partition Plan for Palestine. On 17 May 1948, three days after Israel declared its independence, the Soviets officially recognized Israel.

The Israeli ambassador to the Soviet Union, Golda Meir, is surrounded by crowd of 50,000 Jews near Moscow Choral Synagogue on the first day of Rosh Hashanah in 1948.

Golda Meir was appointed Israel’s ambassador to the Soviet Union, with her term beginning on 2 September 1948 and ending in March 1949. She attended Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services at the Moscow Choral Synagogue. However, once Israel had been established, Stalin reversed positions, favoured the Arabs, arrested the leaders of the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee, and launched attacks on Soviet Jews.

Relations were severed by the Soviet government in June 1967 in protest of Israeli policy during the Six-Day War and immediately afterward. The Soviet Union supported Israel’s Arab enemies with arms and training, and Soviet forces were deployed to Egypt during the War of Attrition in which they repeatedly engaged Israeli forces.

After the Soviets cut off diplomatic relations with Israel due to the Six-Day War, the Dutch embassy in Moscow established an Israel interests’ section, which represented Israel in the Soviet Union until diplomatic relations were re-established in October 1991.

    Lets look at today

These phenomenal end-time events are unfolding before our very eyes!

These are exciting times! We are witnesses to bible prophecy being fulfilled right now! God keeps His promises! Especially those He made to the nation of Israel. Therefore, it is important that we as born-again Christians read and understand end times prophecies so we can warn the lost that there is no time to waste!

The amazing prophecies in Ezekiel 37, 38 & 39, written 2,600 years ago, have received a lot of attention recently because of current events in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, & Russia. Ezekiel has over 800 predictive verses. His prophecy predicts that a great power to the far north of Israel & a coalition of nations–a massive horde of people, will attack Israel & be destroyed supernaturally by God on the mountains of Israel. God promises this day is coming. Perhaps it’s coming soon. The historically miraculous rebirth of the Jewish state in 1948, after 2,000 years of nonexistence, & the conquering of East Jerusalem during the Six-Day War in 1967 & other factors seem to have set the stage for a time clock of sorts relative to the upcoming “last days” of Israel & the fulfilment of many remaining prophecies relevant to that period. &, indeed, today Russia, a great power to Israel’s far north & the Muslim nations, particularly Iran, are growing increasingly intertwined & hostile toward Israel.

We can not say that the events in Ukraine with Russia it is not Ezekiel 38.  I always say that we are seeing the shadow of tribulation being casted and more now than ever.  Who would say that the 3 main countries concerning Ezekiel 38 are doing war exercises with each other?  If I mention this 20 years ago you would call me crazy. Russia, Iran and Turkey are the main players in Ezekiel 38 war, and we know this is not happening in Ukraine.

If we only look at Israel being a nation back in 1946, Jews being called back to their promised land.  Her enemies at the border that is mentioned in the bible.

Gods perfect plan is at play, and we can see this today. There has to be chaos in order for the one who comes in his own name.  Look up every one, the trumpet is going to sound.

Archaeology proving the Bible is Real – Dead Sea Scrolls

In 1947, a Bedouin shepherd named Muhammad (Ahmed el-Dhib) was searching for his lost goat and came upon a small opening of a cave. Thinking that his goat may have fallen into the cave, he threw rocks into the opening. Instead of hearing a startled goat, he heard the shattering of clay pottery. Lowering himself into the cave, he discovered several sealed jars. He opened them hoping to find treasure. To his disappointment, he found them to contain leather scrolls. He collected seven of the best scrolls and left the other fragments scattered on the ground.

Muhammad eventually brought some of the scrolls to a cobbler and antiquities dealer in Bethlehem named Khando. Khando, thinking the scrolls were written in Syriac, brought them to a Syrian Orthodox Archbishop named Mar (Athanasius) Samuel. Mar Samuel recognized that the scrolls were written in Hebrew and suspected they may be very ancient and valuable. He eventually had the scrolls examined by John Trevor at the American School of Oriental Research (ASOR). Trevor contacted the world’s foremost Middle East archaeologist, Dr. William Albright, and together these men confirmed the antiquity of the scrolls and dated them to sometime between the first and second century B.C.

After the initial discovery, archaeologists searched other nearby caves between 1952 and 1956. They found ten other caves that contained thousands of ancient documents as well. One of the greatest treasures of ancient manuscripts had been discovered: the Dead Sea Scrolls.

The Dead Sea Scrolls play a crucial role in assessing the accurate preservation of the Old Testament. With its hundreds of manuscripts from every book except Esther, detailed comparisons can be made with more recent texts.

The Old Testament that we use today is translated from what is called the Masoretic Text. The Masoretes were Jewish scholars who between A.D. 500 and 950 gave the Old Testament the form that we use today. Until the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947, the oldest Hebrew text of the Old Testament was the Masoretic Aleppo Codex which dates to A.D. 935.

With the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, we now had manuscripts that predated the Masoretic Text by about one thousand years. Scholars were anxious to see how the Dead Sea documents would match up with the Masoretic Text. If a significant amount of differences were found, we could conclude that our Old Testament Text had not been well preserved. Critics, along with religious groups such as Muslims and Mormons, often make the claim that the present day Old Testament has been corrupted and is not well preserved. According to these religious groups, this would explain the contradictions between the Old Testament and their religious teachings.

After years of careful study, it has been concluded that the Dead Sea Scrolls give substantial confirmation that our Old Testament has been accurately preserved. The scrolls were found to be almost identical to the Masoretic text. Hebrew Scholar Millar Burrows writes, “It is a matter of wonder that through something like one thousand years, the text underwent so little alteration. As I said in my first article on the scroll, ‘Herein lies its chief importance, supporting the fidelity of the Masoretic tradition.’”

A significant comparison study was conducted with the Isaiah Scroll written around 100 B.C. that was found among the Dead Sea documents and the book of Isaiah found in the Masoretic text. After much research, scholars found that the two texts were practically identical. Most variants were minor spelling differences, and none affected the meaning of the text.

One of the most respected Old Testament scholars, the late Gleason Archer, examined the two Isaiah scrolls found in Cave 1 and wrote, “Even though the two copies of Isaiah discovered in Qumran Cave 1 near the Dead Sea in 1947 were a thousand years earlier than the oldest dated manuscript previously known (A.D. 980), they proved to be word for word identical with our standard Hebrew Bible in more than 95 percent of the text. The five percent of variation consisted chiefly of obvious slips of the pen and variations in spelling.” Despite the thousand year gap, scholars found the Masoretic Text and Dead Sea Scrolls to be nearly identical. The Dead Sea Scrolls provide valuable evidence that the Old Testament had been accurately and carefully preserved.

    What is the rapture

I am going to do something amazing today, I am going to tell the future.  Am I different from you in that I can tell the future?  Well, that depends on where you stand, we will mention this a little later.

Do I have a crystal ball that can tell you if you are going to be rich, get married or even when you die?  Not exactly I do not have a crystal ball.

So ok, it’s not just me that can tell the future everyone can.  How! let me tell you.  The Bible I know right, it doesn’t tell me if we would be rich.  It depends but what riches are you looking for.

It does let me explain. Anyone accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour they are instantaneously enriched with every spiritual blessing in Christ Ephesians1:3

When are you going to get married, well the church is known as the bride, and when the church is raptured the wedding feast will begin. Oh, thank you Lord.

    Isaiah 46:9-10:

“I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done.”

Ok what about death when will I die ok let’s look at the 41 verses in the bible that talk about this.  Ok not all of the 41 verses but lets look at a few.

    John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

    John 10:28-30

give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.

Blessed be God, [d]and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, [e]which hath blessed us, with [f]all spiritual blessing in [g]heavenly things in [h]Christ,

If you do not believe in Jesus then it is eternal death.  I do know that this is a hard pill to swallow and I am trying to scare you.  But remember I’d rather scare you to heaven than flatter you to hell.  Now is the time because I can’t say how many seconds we have left.

The reason I mention this is that God is the beginning and the end, The Alpha and Omega and has given us what happens in the beginning and in the end.

As always we go to scripture and we look for the wisdom God has given us

    1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

The rapture is the transformation and catching up of all Christians, dead or alive, to meet Christ in the air it will be secret, for it will be unknown to the world of unbelievers at the time of its happening.

How can the multitude of Christians just disappear in secret?  This will of course be too obvious to everyone that graves are now empty and the believers of Jesus have just gone.

There can be many ways for example covid 19 or alien abduction, you see how many programs we got about UFO sightings and now they have evidence right.

Then, after that there will be a period, seven years of tribulation on earth, Christ will return to the earth with His church, the saints who were raptured (

    Matthew 24:30,

Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[c] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.[d] 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

     2 Thessalonians 1:7,

and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels.

    1 Peter 1:13,

Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming.

     Revelation 1:7.

“Look, he is coming with the clouds,”[b]
and “every eye will see him,
    even those who pierced him”;
and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.”[c]
    So shall it be! Amen.

He will be victorious over His enemies and will reign on the earth for a thousand years (the millennium) with His saints, the church.

God gave you the power of free will, he gave you the power of choice even if you do not believe him or not.   Remember Isaiah 46:9-10:

“I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done.”

Given that the Bible proves so reliable a document, there is every reason to expect that the remaining 500 prophecies, those slated for the “time of the end,” also will be fulfilled to the last letterWho can afford to ignore these coming events, much less miss out on the immeasurable blessings offered to anyone and everyone who submits to the control of the Bible’s author, Jesus Christ? Would a reasonable person take lightly God’s warning of judgment for those who reject what they know to be true about Jesus Christ and the Bible, or who reject Jesus’ claim on their lives?

*The estimates of probability included herein come from a group of secular research scientists. As an example of their method of estimation, consider their calculations for this first prophecy cited:

    • Since the Messiah’s ministry could conceivably begin in any one of about 5000 years, there is, then, one chance in about 5,000 that his ministry could begin in AD 26.
    • Since the Messiah is God in human form, the possibility of his being killed  is considerably low, say less than one chance in 10.
    • Relative to the second destruction of Jerusalem, this execution has roughly an even chance of occurring before or after that event, that is, one chance in 2.

Hence, the probability of chance fulfilment for this prophecy is 1 in 5,000 x 10 x 2, which is 1 in 100,000, or 1 in 105.

If you do not believe in Jesus then why. Easy question tell me why.

What makes you run when you hear a prayer or the stare to someone like when Jesus name is mentioned.  You look to your friend with a shock impression.  Or quickly try and change the subject and steer the conversation else where.  Why?  Don’t just answer he is not true, what evidence do you have that he is not true.  It is just a story, ok tell me how is it just a story what evidence is it is just a story.  Here was a question that was asked me the bible is not true because the dates is wrong. Ok what calendar is it wrong on.  You listened to some demonic spirit and you just copied his answer.

Conventional Wisdom tells us, that a day is 24 hours. Starting from 12 a.m, and finishing 24 hours later at 12 a.m. But the question is, was it always like this in times past?

It’s important to understand what a true biblical day is, because this is necessary when practicing the faith.

If we go back to the beginning. In the Book of Genesis we are told that the day began in darkness…

Sorry people that is a whole new teaching remember believe in Jesus be saved today.  You will be judged and you do not want to say to the Lord but I was good

Because he will spew you out of his mouth like luke warm water and say

    Matthew 7:21-23

Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth my Father’s will which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not by thy [b]Name prophesied, and by thy name cast out devils? and by thy name done many [c]great works?

23 And then will I profess to them, [d]I never knew you, depart from me [e]ye that work iniquity.

Archaeology is proofing the Bible is Real – Rosetta Stone

    Rosetta Stone

In 1798, Napoleon invaded Egypt. He brought with him a scientific team of scholars and draftsmen to survey the monuments of the land. The most important find of the expedition was the Rosetta Stone. It proved to be valuable as the key to deciphering ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics.

What has this to do with proving the bible is real?

Traveling with the French army when Napoleon invaded Egypt in 1798 were 175 scientists. They studied known sites as well as previously unknown places.

Their research resulted in a 24-volume publication that became the foundation for the modern field of Egyptology. Their most important discovery was made in 1799, near the village of Rosetta. Here French Army Captain Boussard found a stone monument written in three different languages. Later captured from the French by the British, this monument, now known as the Rosetta Stone, ended up in London’s British Museum.

The monument’s top 14 lines are written in hieroglyphs, Egypt’s oldest script; then 32 lines of Egyptian demotic (a cursive form of hieroglyphs); and finally 54 lines in Greek. The Greek was easy for scholars to read-it was a decree by Memphis priests in 196 BC honouring Egyptian King Ptolemy V. At the time, no one could read the other two scripts.

In 1822, Frenchman Jean-François Champollion recognized that the monument contained the same decree in three languages. Going from Greek to demotic, and from demotic to hieroglyphics, Champollion could finally read the entire monument. It became the key to unlocking our understanding of hieroglyphics, ancient Egypt’s first written language. This, in turn, led to the translation of many Egyptian texts that corroborate and illuminate Biblical history.
